The Zanolini family is pleased to welcome you to its new restaurant, with its intimate and elegant atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and professionalism of the managers – we shall be pleased to serve you like an “Emperor”… Madonna di Campiglio has been a famous and much sought-after resort since 1886, when the Austro-Hungarian Emperor Franz Josef chose it as a holiday destination for his family and Empress Elisabeth, known to the world as Sissi. Thanks to its natural beauty, friendly people, healthy food and good wine, she spent many a holiday season in the Brenta Dolomites. This is why, in 2013, we wish to revive this memory by offering you every day the food and hospitality that made the Habsburg royal family fall in love with our lands and our culture. Our master chefs will prepare fresh and healthy dishes for all tastes. Our menu offers traditional local and Italian dishes, always made with fresh and in season products from Trentino Alto Adige, ensuring quality and wholesomeness, principles that have always distinguished our family business over the years. The Zanolini Restaurant offers a choice of first courses and home made fresh pasta dishes, such as fazzoletti containing zucchini and speck, Val di Gresta potato gnocchi, fusilli trafilati al bronzo, and tagliatelle in wild game ragu. The main courses range from Teroldego venison chops and crispy lardo to a cut of Rendena beef. In addition to the a la carte menu, every day our chef adds to the choice by specially preparing three first courses and three main courses. The Zanolini restaurant is open seasonally, every day from 1 December until Easter and from June 20 to September 20, from 12.00 to 14.30 and from 19.00 to 22.00.
