Our Chef has conceived our preparations combining simplicity and high quality products, preferring local biological goods with a special care in regard of the flavour of natural and healthy food.  Dedicating carefulness to the the quality of every single ingredient in order to have the best of local dishes as well as the international ones is our goal. A good glass of wine chosen from the rich assortment of our wine cellar will complete your meal, combined with the atmosphere and the accurate attention of our staff. 

Dinner is consisting in a multiple choice Menù with Salads and Vegetables Buffet, Starter, First Course, Main Course and Dessert. For our little guests it is possible to order from a dedicated Children's Menu, respecting their requests.

Once a week, a Typical Local Dinner will be served: fresh local products and dishes coming from the Trentino Regional Tradition

We care about the satisfaction of our Guests and take in consideration every single need of whom made a Vegetarian choice and, of course, whom who might require a Celiac or might have possible allergies to specific food.
