Along the Dolomiti di Brenta Bike route, either family (along cycle paths at the valley floor) or expert (single tracks and forest roads) you will encounter traditional architectural, historic and cultural elements. Even the fastest biker will not miss them!


The Paganella plateau also presents a wide range of important historical and cultural elements. Located in Molveno is the church of San Vigilio, dating from the thirteenth century and dedicated to Vigilio, bishop of Trento killed in 400 AD. This valuable artistic monument is considered part of the areas cultural heritage and protected by the Autonomous Province of Trento.

The Ancient Segheria Veneziana Taialacqua Sawmill is also a famous landmark: it was built around 1500 and has always used water from the river Molini to power the production of timber sheeting called "Molvene" with thickness' ranging from 6 to 10 mm.

In Andalo there are thirteen old mountain farms of particular interest, located in the gentle plateau between Paganella and Piz Galin, around which the village originated and developed.
In Fai della Paganella is worth a visit to the archaeological excavations dating to the raetic period which were discovered in 1979.
In Spormaggiore the ruins of Castel Belfort are not to be missed, cited for the first time in 1311, and both the older and more recent churches of San Vigilio, linked together by the Chapel of Our Lady of Grace.
