Events

The Terme di Comano district organises numerous events ranging from folk and traditional, to art and culture, to sport. A calendar of events packed with dates for the guests and the wild bikers who will not be able to avoid their appeal!

We list only major events: a myriad of smaller events and entertainment are organised locally throughout the valley:

• The 26th Giro d'Oro - Cycling Race for Professionals. April 20th, 2008
• The 4th Giudicarie Bike - Mtb race within the provincial circuit. May 25th, 2008
• Under the porticoes of Rango - a feast in one of the "Most beautiful village of Italy". May 24/25
• 12th trail running in Montagna Ambièz - Open race in the mountains. July 13th, 2008
• 20th Symposium of wooden sculpture and murals - Sculpture Symposium in Balbido and Rank. 21st to 27th July 2008
• Sounds of the Dolomites - Framed by the Brenta Dolomites, enchanting music as the sun rises. July 18th, 2008
• Agricultural Festival, Palio horse race of 7 Councils - a one week long country festival with palio horse racing finals. 10th to 15th August 2008
• Quarta d'Agost - Fun for all ages and tastes, in Cavrasto. 21st to 24th August 2008
• Festival della Ciuìga - Celebration of the famous salami with turnip, today a Slow Food product, in San Lorenzo in Banale. 24th to 26th October
